NAME OF SKILL: Mind Meld; aka Telepathy
DESCRIPTION: An ability Lesya had been 'gifted' with when the Russian Military decided to 'enhance' her. She's able to 'touch' minds with her own, allowing her to share information without the hassle of learning new languages or worrying about body language. She's able to project images and words into a single living mind, though they must be in a twenty-foot radius of her for a clear projections.

NAME OF SKILL: Oxygen Manipulation
DESCRIPTION: Lesya had been born with this ability, able to use it from a very young age. She can do exactly what you think Oxygen Manipulation does: creating pressurized shields of Oxygen (basically an air shield), creating explosive combustive, even condensing oxygen into small, pressurized blasts for a ranged attack. The blasts range from car-sized explosions to precise pin-point crushing.

DESCRIPTION:
Lesya is a pure-blooded Russian girl but thanks to interference before her birth, she appears as an albino complete with the white hair and red eyes. She has a small, delicate body that hardly looks like it can take a hit let alone do much in the way of physical exercise. Her... 'unique' fashion hides the multitude of scars and tattoos that marked 'areas for procedure' (you can see some of the numbers on the nape of her neck). She has an extremely delicate constitution which requires her to take medicine to keep herself from falling ill.
HISTORY: Lesya's birth was not one of pleasant memories. Her parents, both NML psychics; had been captured when they tried to do a raid on Russian base. Her father and several of the other raiders had been eradicted, leaving only a small number to have escaped or been captured. Now Lesya's mom had no idea she was pregnant, not until much later when she'd been an experimental subject (she had psychokinesis which was what kept her alive).
When Lesya had been born, too many experiments had happened which resulted in her near death and obvious albinism. Of course being the child of two psychics, the girl had a great amount of potential - so they used every resource available to keep her alive. And that's where her true story begins. Raised with strict lessons and military procedures being pounded into her head - Lesya had been one of many other 'orphaned' children training to become specialized military ops. Of course, Lesya couldn't keep up physically with the other kids but her psychic prowess is what kept her from getting 'terminated'.
Ten years into training and honing her abilities, she met her mother for the first time when another raid targeted their facility. They'd been on the opposite sides of the battle, mother and daughter locked in combat until an explosion made way for her mother to get away. Now Lesya hadn't known that was her mother, thinking herself an orphan; but there had definitely been recognition in the woman's eyes when she'd spotted the psychic.
After that, the girl had matured enough for her to be sent on missions. Most of which were NML exterminations and Alien assassinations/intelligence gathering. Now she's been assigned to the AF branch in hopes of making use of her extensive knowledge and psychic abilities.
